Day 3 (Adult Version)

James 1:2-4 (CSB)

Consider it a great joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you experience various trials, because you know that the testing of your faith produces endurance. And let endurance have its full effect, so that you may be mature and complete, lacking nothing.

Choosing gratitude in hard times isn’t about pretending everything’s okay, it’s about trusting that God’s still working in the middle of it. When life presses in, that’s often when we discover just how strong His presence really is.

Endurance doesn’t grow overnight. It’s slow, stretching work. But every time we thank God in the middle of a challenge, our faith grows deeper roots. Gratitude reminds us that even pain can become purpose in His hands.
