Day 4 (Adult Version)

Philippians 1:3–5 (CSB)

I give thanks to my God for every remembrance of you, always praying with joy for all of you in my every prayer, because of your partnership in the gospel from the first day until now.

Paul thanked God for people and that’s something we could all do more of. We weren’t made to follow Jesus alone. Gratitude helps us recognize that God uses people as part of His provision: friends who encourage us, mentors who challenge us, and family who stands beside us.

When we take time to thank God for people instead of focusing on their flaws, our hearts soften. Gratitude can heal tension, build unity, and remind us we’re better together.

Lord, thank You for the people who sharpen and strengthen me. Help me see them the way You do and speak life into them. Amen.
