Psalm 100:5 (CSB)

For the LORD is good, and his faithful love endures forever; his faithfulness, through all generations.

When we think about who God is, not just what He gives us, it helps our hearts feel happy and peaceful. God is kind, strong, and always with us. Even when a day feels hard, His love never stops.

Being thankful isn’t only for when life is easy. We can thank God all the time, because He never changes and He always keeps His promises.

Discussion:

What are some words that describe God? Which one makes you most thankful?

Activity:

Make a 'God Is…' list together- write or draw five things about God you’re thankful for and hang it on the fridge.

Prayer:

God, thank You for being good and faithful even when life feels busy or hard. Help us remember who You are every day. Amen.
